3. International Orders
At this time, all international sales are considered final and are not eligible for return or exchange unless:

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Amalie Sky is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

If your return is approved:

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
8. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

9. Refunds
After your return has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Returns that show signs of:

- Stains,
- Damage,
- Missing accessories,
- Missing packaging,
may be declined or returned to the customer.
12. Store Credit
In certain circumstances, Amalie Sky may offer store credit as an alternative to a monetary refund.
Store credit:
- Never expires unless required by law.
- May be used toward any future purchase.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
